Risk Management Course
The program aims to enable engineers, businessmen, and project management professionals to master the science of project risk management. It is also one of the main requirements for taking the PMI-RMP® exam, which makes the trainee internationally recognized for his mastery of project risk management skills. The trainee will be able to apply project risk management skills practically through the Primavera program for risk analysis.
